Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides a lot more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide different optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you complete your requirements, whilst being safe and efficient at the worksite. When accuracy and precision are really important, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you need.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been engineered and made in order to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to position materials in a more precise manner. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures so as to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New products and attachments are being designed and developed all the time and would debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, some improvements have been made. For example, load-reach management devices are able to restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled rather than relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to know the weight of the load. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The memory of the boom will compare the angle and the extension of the boom with the safety limits, when the load is being placed into position. There is an important lock-up device or a warning system which prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
