Workers must have a positive attitude when they go through training, instead of doing it just because they are required to. You as the employer should help workers understand the importance of correct training. Let them understand that they could kill or injure not just themselves, but other people, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to ensure that all your workers undertake training seriously.
